About the Collection
What is included in Peter Lik’s Spring Collection?
Peter Lik’s Spring Collection celebrates the season of renewal, when color returns to the land in fields, blossoms, and gardens. In Japan, cherry blossoms glow along Tokyo’s canals at dusk, while in Washington, D.C., they frame the Jefferson Memorial at sunrise. Across California, poppies blanket the Antelope Valley and Carrizo Plain, almond orchards bloom in Maxwell, and mist drifts over the vineyards of Napa Valley.
In Europe, the journey moves through the lavender of Valensole, the rolling hills of Tuscany, bluebell forests outside Brussels, and the wildflower meadows of Ireland and England, then reaches Tasmania’s lavender farms, the wildflowers of South Australia, and the lotus blooms of Maui.
How are Peter Lik spring prints made?
Every Peter Lik spring print is produced in-house at the LIK Fine Art studio in Las Vegas, one of the few artist-owned fine art production facilities in the world. Each photograph is printed on museum-grade photographic paper and mounted beneath acrylic to reveal remarkable color, depth, and detail.
Collectors may choose a contemporary acrylic mount or an artisan frame assembled in the studio and finished with a canvas-wrapped liner. Each piece arrives with a hanging solution, while LIK Fine Art gallery consultants are available to assist with sizing, framing, and placement. Explore the LIK Fine Art framing guide to learn more about presentation options.
What sizes and formats are Peter Lik spring prints available in?
Peter Lik spring prints are available in square, classic 3:2 photographic, and panoramic formats. The collection ranges from 10 inch Element works and 55 cm Open Editions to sweeping panoramic images more than nine feet long.
This range allows each image to retain the composition Peter originally envisioned, whether expressed as a balanced square, a classic landscape or portrait, or an expansive panorama that carries a field of color across the wall. For help selecting the right format and scale, explore the guide to choosing a portrait or landscape print. Related works can also be discovered in the Tree Photography, France Photography, and Autumn collections.
What is the difference between an Open Edition, Limited Edition, and Artist Proof?
Open Edition photographs are signed but not individually numbered and do not have a predetermined edition limit.
Limited Edition photographs are signed and individually numbered, with a fixed edition size listed on each artwork’s product page. Once every number in a Limited Edition has been reserved, the edition is permanently closed and no additional pieces are produced.
Artist Proofs belong to a separate, highly limited edition. Depending on the photograph, Artist Proof editions range from 10 to 45 individually numbered pieces. They are produced at a higher print resolution and presented beneath anti-reflective acrylic for exceptional clarity and detail.
