In August 2017, special permission was granted by the Société d’Exploitation De La Tour Eiffel to capture the beauty of Paris’s most recognizable landmark — an extraordinary honor that few have received. Among the resulting works, Rue Saint Dominique reveals a completely different side of the City of Light.
Taken in the soft calm of morning, this quiet Parisian street leads the eye directly toward the Eiffel Tower, framed perfectly between elegant Haussmann-style façades. The air was cool, the city still asleep, and the pastel hues of dawn began to spill across the skyline. Every window, every sign, every reflection on the wet pavement seemed to breathe in rhythm with the awakening day.
