Over ten years ago, Peter Lik opened his first of many Las Vegas-based galleries in one of the city’s most famous and visited landmarks, The Forum Shops at Caesars. Launching LIK CAESARS was a dream come true for the Artist, who had long awaited a shot at securing space right on the coveted Strip – where so many other prominent names in the creative world have resided for decades. Since then, with the successful addition of LIK FORUM, Peter’s relationship with the hotel and casino has only grown. Now, the latest and grandest incarnation of LIK FORUM is certain to reflect just how much ground has been covered in the last decade.
Opened just last week, and aptly located among the 160 specialty stores, fine restaurants, and attractions of The Forum Shops at Caesars, Peter could not have landed a more perfect site for his latest triumph. Owned by real estate giant, Simon Properties, this mecca for millions of visitors is considered the company’s main Las Vegas attraction. And now, as troves of tourists, locals, and art lovers alike funnel into this hot spot off The Strip, they will encounter a brand new, 5,000 square foot gallery – Peter’s largest yet.
Featuring over 70 images of the most stunning landscapes on the planet – with many more on the way, LIK FORUM takes every visitor on an incredible journey through a lifetime of intense work from a true Master of Photography. From his acclaimed classic works, to newly released visions, Peter has left no stone unturned to make this new space worthy of the most dedicated collector: “For ten years, Caesars has afforded me the opportunity to showcase my work in a city I love and call my home,” he reflects. “I am grateful for their belief in me and I look forward to sharing this new gallery with my fans.”
