Peter Lik’s newest gallery held its grand opening this weekend in Aventura, Florida. Located in the Aventura Mall, LIK Aventura boasts over 3,000 square feet of space to display Peter’s most beloved masterworks including one of his newest images, Tranquil Blue, in a 5-panel EPIC that is sure to wow anyone who walks by. New and previous collectors alike were gifted a commemorative element with any purchase over the weekend to celebrate the official opening of the gallery.
Additionally, Peter invited his previous collectors to a special reception Saturday night to celebrate the grand opening in style. Miami-area collectors were treated to drinks and hors d’oeuvres during this exclusive event and became some of the first Peter Lik fans to view California Dreaming, released to the public that evening. Hand-signed Spirit of America and Las Vegas: Beyond the Neon were raffled off and three lucky collectors went home with Peter Lik’s 25th Anniversary Big Book. And every collector in attendance that evening was gifted Peter’s image Morning Sun as a special thank you from the artist.
