On a still, overcast day in the Dandenong Ranges, I captured this peaceful scene beneath a canopy of softly diffused light. The rain from the night before had washed the forest clean, deepening every shade of green. A small pocket of sunlight broke through the clouds, illuminating the clearing just long enough to reveal this charming timber hut mirrored in the lake below.

The reflection and stillness of the moment brought everything together — light, nature, and calm — perfectly inspiring the title Romantic Hut.
