The sanctuary of Mossman Gorge hosts some of the oldest plant life on earth, and has a pure, calming effect on me. The cool, transparent waters of the Gorge, surrounded by the World Heritage Rainforest provided the perfect setting for me to capture all the elements of the eloquence of nature. An ancient moss covered tree overhangs the foreground, framing this tranquil scene. The smells and sounds of the forest will remain with me, locked in my memory of this serene image.
