Central Park is one of the most recognizable locations in the world’s most recognizable city. I wanted to capture the magic of this special place – with an image that is familiar and comfortable – but also artistic with the composition and colors. The day before I took this photograph, I spent several hours riding around the park on a bicycle to find the perfect area to capture the essence of Central park in the fall.

The morning could not have been any kinder to me – calm, cool, and with the perfect amount of sunlight peaking through the trees. With one press of the shutter, I had a timeless image that I can share and enjoy for years to come!
