Peter Lik's Celebrates his First Independence Day

Updated
"I am absolutely honored to become an American citizen. It's something I've always wanted to do, but always seemed out of reach."

- Peter Lik

Today Peter Lik celebrates a milestone in his storied life: his first Independence Day as an American citizen.

In 1984, Peter first journeyed to the United States traveling all the way from the Arctic Circle to the Florida Keys. It was on this trip that he discovered a passion for landscape photography, falling in love with the vast and varied landscapes of America. Almost 30 years later, Peter Lik realized his lifelong dream of becoming a citizen of the United States.

To commemorate this momentous occasion, Peter invites you to join him in celebrating his new homeland. From now through the end of July, receive one of Peter's most patriotic images, "Spirit of America," as a gift with any limited edition or AP purchase while supplies last.
