Mungo National Park, Australia
Lake Mungo, in the remote outback of Australia, has a magical feel about it. I camped out for over a week waiting for the perfect light. I had researched this location before, going deep into the wilderness of the park.

It was so silent; the only thing I could hear were my footsteps. I set up between the sculptured towers and watched in awe as an amazing sunset ignited the horizon. After I shot a roll of film–four shots–the colors quickly vanished. I was filled with adrenaline, one with nature, and privileged to capture such an amazing moment. Located in the true Aussie outback of my homeland, you can feel the power and presence of Mother Nature.
